Pre-arranged employment Visa or 9G Visa in Philippines is a non-immigrant working visa for non-Filipino nationals intending gainful employment in the Philippines with validity in equal term with Alien Employment Permit (AEP) issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) of up to three (3) years. This could include the wife and expatriate employee’s unmarried children under 21 years of age. Pre-arranged employment Visa or 9G Visa in Philippines could come in either commercial or non-commercial.
Process would involve securing Tax Identification Number (TIN) with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Alien Employment Permit (AEP) with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the 9G Visa in Philippines, and the Alien Certificate of Registration Identification Card (ACR I-card) and could take up to three (3) months to complete with government fees of approximately US$1,000.00.
Special Visa for Employment Generation (SVEG) under Executive Order No. 758 in the Philippines is applicable to foreign nationals who would actually employ at least ten (10) Filipino employees in a lawful and sustainable enterprise, trade or industry. Validity of SVEG is perpetual to the extent that it complies with the ten (10) employment requirement.
This Philippine Tourist Visa (9A) is applicable to foreign nationals, in general, coming to the Philippines for personal visit such as for pleasure for sixty (60) days, subject to extension to the extent allowed by law.
